Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) is committed to providing its 23,600 employees a workplace that fosters personal and professional development, while stressing on health and safety and also offering the opportunity to work flexi hours and to tele-work so as to strike a comfortable work-life balance.

Employee Training and Development

TM offers training programmes for its employees at five regional TM Training Colleges. Employees are required to undergo at least 40 hours of training a year, and in 2008 the company spent RM98.9 million training 40,548 staff from top management to non-executives. High achievers are further enrolled in a development programme that involves coaching, job rotation, special assignments and training.
